After, relax with your favorite book or walk/bike to charming North Beach, less than 5 minutes away, and enjoy the beach, jet skis/paddleboard rentals, restaurants, live music, spas, parks, and much more. Note: The fireplace is just decorative. The space This prime waterfront property has spacious and comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a designated work area with large double monitors. The two large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are perfect for a relaxing stay. The beautiful outdoor area offers stunning views of the bay, as well as a grill, comfortable chairs, and a dining table for you to enjoy. Guest access As guests, you will have access to the entire house and the property! Please note that the area 20 feet from the water to our property is a public easement for the neighbors of our community, so you may see our neighbors enjoying a walk with their children or pets. For the Kayaks, there is a small park, called, Rose Haven Memorial Park, less than a mile north on Walnut Ave where you can easily put them in the water. The park has free parking spaces.
