With unobstructed views of the Chesapeake Bay, you can wake up to beautiful sunrises, go for a walk/run by the Bay, return for Pilates/yoga/meditation on our waterfront deck, and enjoy a cappuccino/coffee from the espresso machine. After, relax with your favorite book or walk/bike to charming North Beach, less than 5 minutes away, and enjoy the beach, jet skis/paddleboard rentals, restaurants, live music, spas, parks, and much more. End the night with a fire and smores by the water. This prime waterfront property has spacious and comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a designated work area with large double monitors. The two large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are perfect for a relaxing stay. The beautiful outdoor area offers stunning views of the bay, as well as a grill, comfortable chairs, and a dining table for you to enjoy. As guests, you will have access to the entire house and the property! Please note that the area 20 feet from the water to our property is a public easement for the neighbors of our community, so you may see our neighbors enjoying a walk with their children or pets. For the Kayaks, there is a small park, called, Rose Haven Memorial Park, less than a mile north on Walnut Ave where you can easily put them in the water. The park has free parking spaces. If you’re interested, please ask us the link to the park! We offer self-check-in, so you can check in on your own. However, we will be happy to help if you need anything. The town of North Beach MD sits on the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay, a mere 50 minutes from Washington DC. North Beach is the perfect beach getaway without the hassle of the bay bridge. The town offers a public beach, boardwalk, parks, shops, restaurants, and the Bayside History museum, all within walking distance of the rental property. Also available are jet ski/paddle board/boat rentals to enjoy the water. Just a few miles south is the “twin” town of Chesapeake Beach, which offers additional restaurants, a resort, a water-park, and the Chesapeake Railway History Museum. The easiest way to get around in this area is by car (we have free ample parking!), bicycle, or foot. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We have two bicycles available for guests to use.
