Cozy cabin with wide private waterfront & dock. West facing for nice sunny days and breathtaking sunsets. Lakeside firepit for roasting marshmallows, dock for sunbathing, wide deck for dining / lounging as loons and eagles mesmerize you. Canoe, 3 kayaks. Master BR with King bed & twin bunks. Upstairs BR with Queen bed. Couches & airbeds just in case. Indoor and outdoor showers. High speed internet with streaming TV. Just 15 minutes from I-95 but East Pond feels like the middle of nowhere. The space Upstairs is the living/dining/kitchen area, along with queen bedroom and bath. Wraparound deck overlooks the water. Downstairs is a daylight basement with half bath, 1 King and 1 set of Twin bunks. Walk out to water on either floor. The spacious yard is fenced in with gates so your pups can enjoy the outdoors too. Guest access Entire property except storage area. 20 foot dock suitable for large boat tie-up. To have your rental boat delivered to you, contact Kyle at Hamlin's Marine in Waterville. Other things to note One week minimum stay. Check in is Saturday 3PM. Check out is Saturday 10AM. On a case by case basis we may approve an odd number of nights or a partial week. Inverter AC downstairs, window AC upstairs...or just go for a swim! Lots of board games, puzzles, cribbage board, etc.
