The master bedroom has a king size bed (180x200) and the modern en suite bathroom has walk in shower and bath. The two other bedrooms have single beds that can also be configured as king size beds and both en suite bathrooms offer a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have patio doors to the pool area. There is a second small lounge area on this level. Externally there is a private heated (optional extra) swimming pool (10x5m) and surrounding terrace with plenty of space for loungers. There is an electric gate to enter the property and ample space to park several vehicles on the private driveway. The property is extremely well furnished and presented, ideal for families or friends. The house is fully air conditioned, has the benefit of mosquito nets on the windows and has Bluetooth speakers for music. The beach, shops and restaurants can all be easily accessed by foot. Centeanes beach can accessed by foot in 10-15 minutes. This is an excellent beach for families with a good restaurant/snack bar and water sports/boat trips offered. The famous seven hanging valleys walking trail starts at Centeanes beach and is well worth the effort for the views of the magnificent coastline. Within a short drive there are several excellent golf courses including Gramacho. It is also possible to walk to Vale do Milho which is a 9 hole par three course which welcomes all ages and abilities so a great activity for all the family.
