The living room overlooks the garden and the covered porch, where guests can relax and eat thanks to the barbecue, table and chairs, deck chairs and a little sofa. a bathroom with a washing machine completes the ground floor. The villa continues upstairs with the sleeping area, which includes three bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, Tv and wardrobe, the second has a double bed and a wardrobe, the third has two single beds, one of which can be pulled out, and a large wardrobe. These last two rooms have access to the terrace. The first floor is served by a bathroom with shower. Finally, the basement, accessible via a staircase in the private garden, is furnished with a double bed, a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a dresser and a bathroom with shower. Wi-fi connection, geothermal cooling and heating system, and a shared swimming pool, equipped with a Jacuzzi, will be available to guests.
