A baby cot can be provided upon request. Outside, in a 1500 m2 fenced garden, you will have access to the 5x10 m swimming pool, with the possibility of heating it (for a fee), as well as the Jacuzzi. Guests can soak up the sun on the deckchairs along the terrace. A table, outdoor lounge and large gas BBQ complete this space. You have the option to park 3 cars in the entrance secured by a gate. Guests also have access to the estate's private pontoon, located 150 m from the villa. In the basement, you will have access to an additional bathroom and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The villa is connected to fiber optic internet and has Wi-Fi.
