Step into a bright, spacious, and wonderfully modern living area where two large sectional couches provide ample seating for your entire group. Fully retractable sliding glass doors merge the indoor and outdoor spaces, leading to your private screened-in lanai. Here, you can relax in the sparkling private pool and attached spa, dine al fresco, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet with no rear neighbors. The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a massive center island with seating for six, a full suite of modern appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd. Gather for memorable meals at the main dining table that seats 12, with an additional table for six more. Entertainment for All Ages Star Wars Game Room: Challenge your family to a game of pool, skee ball, or air hockey, or dive into video games on the XBOX gaming center. Movie Media Room Loft: Host a movie night in the upstairs loft, complete with a projection screen and a comfy sectional sofa. Bedrooms & Bathrooms (9 Bedrooms | 6.5 Bathrooms) Every bedroom is a private retreat equipped with its own flat-screen TV. Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): King Bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: King Bed with a stylish green accent wall. Bedroom 3: One Full Bed and one Twin Bed. Bedroom 4: One Full Bed and one Twin Bed with a full wall mural, sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bedroom 5: King Bed, sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bedroom 6 (Themed): One Full Bed and one Twin Bed in a magical Princess theme. Bedroom 7: King Bed in a posh and put-together style. Bedroom 8 (Themed): One Full Bed and one Twin Bed in a fun Minions theme. Bedroom 9: King Bed. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, including all 9 bedrooms, the private pool, hot tub, and game room. Self check-in with a smart lock makes your arrival seamless and convenient. Your stay also includes full access to the prestigious Solara Resort clubhouse and its incredible amenities, located in Phase 1 of the resort. These include: Expansive water complex with a FlowRider® surf simulator (extra fee applies) Large heated resort pool, bar, and grill State-of-the-art fitness center and outdoor fitness lawn Sand volleyball court, basketball court, and soccer field Indoor and outdoor lounges Tween/teen hangout center Children's playground Other things to note Check-in/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Self-Catering Home: This is a self-catering vacation home. We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Guests are responsible for purchasing groceries and additional supplies for the duration of their stay. Linens & Towels: All bed linens, plus bath, hand, and pool towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the house. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Housekeeping: The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee of $349.00. Trash Disposal: Please place all trash in the resort dumpster daily to maintain cleanliness. Optional Services: BBQ Grill Rental: $100.00 for up to one week. Pool & Spa Heating: $35.00 per day (2-day minimum). Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool & Spa Heater: The attached spa is not a separate jacuzzi; it is heated only when the entire pool is heated and reaches the same temperature. Pool heaters may not function effectively in cold weather and will not exceed 95°F. No refunds are offered if the desired temperature is not reached during cold spells. Package Delivery: The postal service (USPS) does not deliver to vacation homes. Please use UPS, DHL, or FedEx for any online orders. The host is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Safety: A child safety pool fence is provided for your peace of mind.
