Let yourself be seduced by its neat decor and ideal location (lagoon, shops, restaurants, sports activities, etc.) to fully enjoy the pleasures of the West. I look forward to hosting you, The space The villa consists of: On the ground floor: - a lounge area with TV (The Frame) and sofa overlooking a tropical garden; - a living room communicating with the terrace; - a first air-conditioned bedroom with a walk-in shower that can open to the tropical garden; - a fully equipped kitchen; - a separate toilet; - Laundry room with a washing machine; - a terrace with a large dining table that can accommodate 10 guests. On the first floor: - a second air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and access to the ensuite bathroom; - a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks and toilet (also accessible from the hallway); - a third bedroom with two single beds that can be grouped into a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and a separate toilet. - a workspace or relaxation with a desk and an armchair. Equipped attic (second floor): - two single beds with fans on the wall. Outside: - access to the residence's communal swimming pool. The pool is protected by a fence. - parking. Guest access In order to make the most of your stay, you'll have full access to the villa. Other things to note Please read carefully: The villa is located in the Residence du Nauticlub: - the pool is common to the other occupants of the residence; - the residence is not fenced - the villa is isolated by a plant hedge.
