The space This one of a kind mini studio, located just around the corner from the pool and beach access. The queen sized Murphy bed is hidden in the wall cabinet during the day, but at night it can be pulled down to make into a comfortable queen size bed. The huge flat screen TV will keep you fully entertained in this tiny unit. You can create ambiance for two in this cozy suite with the subtle lighting hidden in the crown molding. The kitchenette is separated in this room by a polished granite counter top, pull up a bar stool and there is no need for a kitchen table. This condo has a two burner plug in, small refrigerator and the basic kitchen amenities. The bathroom was also upgraded in granite with a rainfall shower head extending from the ceiling. Everyone who stays in condo 107 seems charmed by this MINI Studio Suite. NO PETS ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
