Welcome to our place! Our apartment combines the life and amenities of the center, with the quietness of the family neighborhood. It is located in a central key-point, so that our visitors can easily discover both the rich history of the city, as well as the lively pulse of its nightlife and the countless culinary suggestions. There are two bedrooms. One with a super double bed (160x200) and with a bathroom inside the room. The other one with a double bed (140x200), right next to the second bathroom of the property. With spacious wardrobes, as well as two foldable luggage racks for greater comfort. In the living room, both sofas are convertible. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances and with a filter coffee machine. While in each bathroom you will find a hairdryer and shower gel. In the back balcony of the kitchen, there is a washing machine and detergent. The heating is natural gas with an individual thermostat, while for the summer months the apartment is equipped with two air conditioners, a ceiling fan and a portable fan. Guest access You receive the key of the building's door from a key box that opens with the code you will find in the detailed check-in instructions 48 hours before your arrival. The apartment's door opens with a code (different for each reservation). It is possible to secure the door when you are inside the accommodation. If our availability allows, we can offer free flexible check-in and check-out, but on the condition that you contact us in time (at least 3 days before your arrival or departure). *The building has a small to medium-sized elevator. **There is a security camera out of the entrance of our accommodation.
