On the first floor, we have a bar that connects to the terrace. Behind this is the kitchen equipped with a Neolith countertop and two sinks, an oven, hot water and everything you need for cooking. The water on the property is portable (confirmed by a laboratory). The property has two indoor bathrooms (one for visitors and the other fully equipped with a shower, hot water, etc.), plus a bathroom in the pool area. The two bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning systems and additionally have a ventilation system that draws fresh air from the lower part of the house into the bedrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed and closets for storing clothes. The other room is equipped with two 1-meter single beds, as well as a hanging closet and bedside tables. Above these rooms, there is a mezzanine with four additional beds that are ventilated by fans. In the living room, there is a 43-inch TV with Chromecast and it is connected to our high-speed STARLINK internet connection. Therefore, we offer high-speed internet throughout the property with a speed of 200 Mbit/s, probably the best internet service you will find within a 40 km radius. The pool area is completely coated with Perlato, a material that does not heat up with sun exposure. Around the pool, we find a variety of plants, as well as a beautiful view of the Cauca River.
