The house is located in a beautiful residential community in Birkerød. There are terraces both behind and in front of the house as well as a balcony. On the large, green common ground there is a playground with a trampoline, sensory swings, etc. as well as a ball court with football goals and basketball hoops. It is 900 m to the station and 25 min. by train to Copenhagen. Create holiday memories here. The space There is a kitchen-living room, a bright living room, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm), two children's rooms, one with bunk beds and the other with a double bed (140 cm). Other things to note Our house is private and is part of a residential community with a large common house and sweet, helpful neighbors. You'll meet our neighbors as the houses are close. Please observe the following: - Don't have parties in our house - play the piano only with caution and not after 8 pm due to the neighbors - No smoking. If you smoke outside, please be aware that you do not disturb our neighbors.
