The space The apartment is located on the 4th floor at the front, has a total of 55 m², has a living room with an integrated kitchen, a bedroom, a full bathroom, a toilet and a balcony. It has its own 300 mbps WiFi network. En-suite bedroom: Two twin beds (190 x 0.80 cm) that can be joined together with a pillow to make a queen bed (190 x 160 cm), with two nightstands with lamps, a large closet, a 40" smart TV with cable signal, and air conditioning/heating. Bathroom: Located inside the bedroom, it has a vanitory with a sink, bathtub, toilet, and bidet. Bed linens and amenities available. Hairdryer and iron. Living/Dining Room: It has a sofa bed for a third guest (130 x 185 cm), a 50" smart-TV with cable signal. A table with six chairs. A desk with a chair and a nightstand. It has an air conditioner and a large window with access to the balcony. Integrated kitchen: All essential appliances: refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, set of pots, pans, full set of dishes, utensils, cutlery and a sink. Toilet: It has a sink and toilet. Balcony: It has a table with two chairs and a beautiful grove. Guest access The building's top floor has: - An outdoor pool: Exclusively for guests. No one who is not staying in the apartment is allowed to enter. Available in season from November 1 to March 31 from 9 am to 9 pm. - A solarium. The apartment is accessed by an elevator or stairs. The apartment door opens with an access code that we send. This creates greater security for each guest. Other things to note - CHECK-IN: After 3 pm * Self-Check-In Service Hours: Until 10:00 PM (business hours, keys cannot be picked up after that time) at the location closest to the apartment, subject to availability. The payment of the service will be charged to the guest to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, with our trained and trusted staff. The day and time will be coordinated after the reservation is generated. Service cost USD 25. For monthly stays, a MANDATORY cleaning service is required every 14 nights, with a change of linen. The guest will be responsible for paying for the service, which is provided by our trained and reliable staff to keep the apartment clean and in good condition.
