This home serves as our primary residence a majority of the year and we are fortunate to be able to share it with others. It is centrally located just off 3rd Street. 5-blocks to Lake Superior, 4-blocks to Black Rocks, 2-blocks to Kognisjon Brewery, 6-blocks to NMU, and 7 blocks to downtown makes it a great "walk/bike to anywhere" location. The space Our home is a traditional, 4×4 built in 1926. The lower-level features three sitting areas, a large kitchen that opens to the dining area, and a half bath. Bedrooms are located on the second floor along a full bath. The front porch is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in morning or to relax in the evening. The backyard offers a quieter place to relax and has a partially covered 24'×27' patio with plenty of seating. Guest access Guests are provided a personalized code for entrance the day prior to arrival. Upon check-in, guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and sitting rooms in addition to two bathrooms, the bedrooms, a patio, and front porch. Other things to note Bedroom 1 - has a king-size bed and accommodates up to 2 guests (3 according to the Fire Marshall). Bedroom 2 - is equipped with a queen-size, murphy cabinet bed and accommodates up to 2 guests. There are French doors with blackout blinds connecting bedrooms 1 and 2. Bedroom 3 - offers a full-sized bed which accommodates up to 2 guests.
