Relax with the whole family at this lofty place to stay inside the peaceful, historic Lakeside Chautauqua. Between the lengthy enclosed patio at the front and the recently painted deck in the back, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors in comfort at our family cottage. Access to the property requires daily Chautauqua passes. Please make sure you check LakesideOhio’s webpage or the related listing photo with detailed pricing of the Chautauqua’s separate daily entrance fees. The space We have enjoyed our family cottage privately for over 30 years, and now it’s in the process of being slowly restored and renovated. It may be a little rough around the edges, but we’re happy to share it with kind guests. Guest access The entire living space of the cottage is available to guests. There are three rooms with 6 beds between them, a full bath, a combined living and dining room, combined kitchen and utility room, an enclosed patio partially wrapping around the house, and a cozy deck around back. Other things to note This property is located within Lakeside Chautauqua, a gated, historic community with events and various community facilities available. Tickets/passes for Lakeside Chautauqua are required to reach the property and must be purchased separately, either online or from a booth at any entrance gate to the community. Unfortunately there is no method for us to purchase the required Chautauqua passes for you, and our prices do not include them. The following community amenities are listed as accessible to guests of the property by way of the required Lakeside Chautauqua passes. - Shuffleboard courts - Tennis courts - Pickleball courts - Playground The following community amenities listed for this property are available for guests, as long as they are utilizing “full day” or “all day” Chautauqua passes. - the community pool - the community gym
