The space The Searène 🧜‍♀️ is composed as follows: - An entrance - A living room overlooking an open-plan kitchen, all 25 m² - A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) - A larger bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) + 2 single beds (90 x 200) - A veranda/dining room with direct access to the garden - A bathroom (walk-in shower) - A separate toilet. At the back of the house, you will find a walled garden where you can enjoy the sun. Free parking is available at the entrance to the street as well as another parking lot a little further away. You will find all the necessary and leisure equipment (Internet/TV box, Netflix, game console, board games, books, etc.). La Searène 🧜‍♀️ is located in a quiet and friendly area, close to the vibrant city center, many restaurants, shops and local amenities (museums, casino, thalasso, Aquabella swimming pool etc.). You can easily explore the tourist sites of the region thanks to the many bike paths, but also discover the landing beaches, the Caen Memorial... You will also find: Beach sports school (Yoga, Pilates, water walk, fitness) sailing school in Colleville sur Mer: windsurfing, paddle, jet-ski, sand yachting, kit surfing. A beach bar, oyster bar, ice cream, mini-golf, arcade, karting, cinema (2 screens), equestrian center (beach walk), skatepark. Practical note: The price includes all linens (duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillowcases, blankets) as well as bath towels, wash gloves. For your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival.
