Modern attic apartment with views of the lake and the mountains, private balcony in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the lake and forest. Ideal for sports lovers, windsurfing, swimming, hiking, biking, skiing. The windsurfing station on Lake Uri is a 5-minute walk. Great starting point for exploring central Switzerland in 30 minutes by car to Lucerne and Ticino. A bus stop is 200 meters away, as well as restaurants and bars within walking distance. The space The apartment offers enough space for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and oven. The modern furnishings include a fireplace, a balcony with a table and chairs, 2 separate bedrooms, a living and dining area and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, climbing stairs is required (we don't have an elevator). The apartment has automatic heating and a 300-liter hot water boiler large enough to shower for 4 people (but not enough to fill 2 bathtubs). Hot water is reheated overnight. Guest access There is no washing machine in the apartment, However, for CHF 20, we offer a laundry and drying service for you (approximately 8 kg). For stays of 7 nights, one load of laundry is free of charge. Other things to note The apartment is on the 3rd floor, we do not have an elevator. Climbing stairs is required. From Lucerne we are 30 minutes by car or 1 hour by train. We are accessible by public transport, but we recommend renting a car as it is cheaper, more flexible and easier to reach your destinations.
