Modern attic apartment with views of the lake and the mountains, private balcony in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the lake and forest. Ideal for sports lovers, windsurfing, swimming, hiking, biking, skiing. The windsurfing station on Lake Uri is a 5-minute walk. Great starting point for exploring central Switzerland in 30 minutes by car to Lucerne and Ticino. A bus stop is 200 meters away, as well as restaurants and bars within walking distance. The space The apartment offers enough space for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and oven. The modern furnishings include a fireplace, a balcony with a table and chairs, 2 separate bedrooms, a living and dining area and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, climbing stairs is required (we don't have an elevator). The apartment has automatic heating and a 300-liter hot water boiler large enough to shower for 4 people (but not enough to fill 2 bathtubs). Hot water is reheated overnight. Guest access There is no washing machine in the flat, However, for CHF 20, we offer a washing and drying service (approximately 8 kg) for you. For stays of 7 nights, one wash is free. Other things to note The flat is on the 3rd floor; we do not have a lift, so you will need to use the stairs. We are a 30-minute drive or a 1-hour train ride from Lucerne. You can get here by public transport, but we recommend renting a car, as it's cheaper, more flexible and easier to get to your destinations.
