The cottage is elevated above the water offering panoramic views over the pond. Wood finish and beams downstairs provides for a cozy feel. Spacious upstairs bedroom with King bed and view to pond. Enjoy the changing of light through the stained glass window. Dead end road with only one house beyond offers a very private feeling. Guest access Use of my home includes parking, the home, decks, side yard to the North including the large fire ring with wood I provide, use of the dock and waterfront adjacent the dock. The homes positioning and shoreline trees create a spacious private feeling. Use of the sheds across the drive from the house and use of the lawns and waterfront South of the house is not included. Other things to note This cottage is at the end of a private drive on a private roadway. Ideally arrive in daylight and save directions prior to arrival as coverage varies. Do not block the road in front of the gate. Spacious parking is available.
