Hello, thanks for checking out my listing! This vintage, updated home has multiple living areas inc. living and dining rooms, enclosed porch & outdoor patio with tree-lined back yard. large bedroom with closet, shared 1.5 baths. plenty of on street parking. 2 mi to Albany Medical, the VA, 1 mi to St Peter's. Approx. 1 mi (walkable!) from University at Albany main campus, Harriman State office campus, groceries & nightlife. Please note, two sweet little kitties live here! The space This room will accommodate a small folding table and chair for laptop use Guest access Private bedroom, facilities and common areas shared with host. During your stay I will be sharing the house with you so I am available to attend to any needs. You determine the level of interaction you're comfortable with. Other things to note The house is over 100 years old but well maintained. Floors may be a little creaky, some doors need attention to latch, and some light traffic noise during the day. Thermostat is not be set higher or lower from the following parameters: 55-70*F, between Sept and May. Guests must report malfunctions of heating and cooling immediately and allow host 24 hours to address malfunctions and/or personal temp needs satisfactorily.
