The space This is a Guest Suite (1 bed, 1 bath property), completely separate from the main house, with your own PRIVATE ENTRANCE. PARKING: Please park inside the gate, which gives you direct access to your Unit. Guest access Guests can access the front yard and backyard. The patio is for guests in the guest suite. The washer and dryer is located next to the front door to the studio, please be aware that the washer and dryer is shared between both units. Other things to note This is a two unit house with an IN LAW suite. Both have their own private entrances and spaces. This is a private studio with its own entrance, full bathroom, kitchenette, and living space. The only shared area is the outdoor entry path leading to the units. There are additional units on the property, as it is designed for mid-term stays. Guests typically stay for several months at a time. Laundry is shared with Unit 1. Parking is limited to free street parking directly in front of the home. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
