The Ac units are located in all the bedroom windows! Spacious home great for families and large groups. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor all with double/full size beds and upstairs is 2bedrooms with double/full size beds. There is a bathroom in each floor. Kitchen and living room are on the first floor. Guest access Please note this home is a completely private home! We offer the house as a 5 bedroom, 4 bedroom, or 3 bedroom to accommodate all family sizes. When renting out the larger room options you will get access codes to easily enter the bedrooms. Other things to note Welcome to the city of Ithaca! Please note that this is street parking only, and the driveway on the side of the house is not ours. There is FREE street parking on Hudson St. and Columbia St! This space offers one fully stocked kitchen with pots pans, plates cups, etc. Two dish towels and 1 roll of paper towels. We provide 2-3 toilet paper rolls each bathroom along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One bedding set for each bed, including all linens.
