Ground floor bright and spacious room with queen size bed and an additional double sofa bed. Downstairs bathroom with shower. 10 min drive to the city center. Parking available. 24 HOUR BUS ! 220 Bus stop outside the estate with bus runs into the city centre approx every 20 minutes (less often during the night). Continental breakfast (tea/coffee,cereal,toast). The house is about 2.5 km from CIT, 4.5 km from UCC and 5.5 km from city centre. We are a 15 minute drive from Cork Airport. The space The house has three large living areas, in addition to the bedroom, which guests are welcome to use. Smoking is permitted in the garden. The kitchen cannot be used for cooking meals but guests are welcome to use the microwave and to help themselves to tea and coffee. However, due to COVID 19 guidelines , we kindly ask you that you use the kitchen as little as possible. Thank you. Guest access There is a bathroom for guests with toilet and shower on the ground floor near the room. There is a large kitchen with a large open plan dining /living area. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and living area to make tea and coffee at any time, but NOT for cooking evening meals. There are also two additional living areas. There is a large garden with trampoline outside. Due to COVID 19 guidelines, we ask that you use the kitchen as little as possible. Thank you. During your stay We are a family of 4 with 2 children and one cat that rules the house! As such we have an active home which naturally absorbs visitors. We hope visitors can feel at home. Of course we are highly respectful of our guests' private time and space. The house is big enough for people not to be in each other's ways. However we are very happy to chat and get to know our guests if they are open to this. Other things to note Breakfast consisting of tea/coffee, toast, cereals is available. Guests are welcome to help themselves to tea/coffee and use of microwave at any time. The sofa bed can accommodate 2 children.
