Well-equipped apartment with all comforts in 300 years old typical Tuscan farmhouse in a village of 100 people in Tuscany, 65 sqm, living room with satellite TV, 1 bedroom with canopy bed, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, fast wifi, dishwasher and washing machine, cortile/ courtyard with pizza oven, garden 30 sqm, barbeque, terrace with beautiful view. Kitchen and bedrooms have exit to the small charming garden surrounded by natural stone walls and wrought iron rose-covered garden gate. Other things to note To the house belong two foundlings, the cats Bali and Teo, free roamers, who would like to be taken care of please. Welcome to this romantic, typically Tuscan vacation home, which is located in a former stable that has been lovingly renovated. The house is normally inhabited by an Italian-German family on summer vacation. Therefore it is very well equipped. The village is very small. There is a piazza with a church and parking and a beautiful 7 km long hiking trail "la via dell'acqua". Four km away is the medieval village of Lari with castle, pasta factory, piazza, pretty store, bars and restaurants and the thermal resort of Casciana Terme.
