Home in Burley

This 1935 older home in Burley, ID that offers a charming and cozy atmosphere with cute decor. It will make you feel right at home. It’s in a desirable location close to the Snake River. This home is located on a 6,000 sqft lot, so there is enough room for your family to park or go kick a ball outside. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The space Four bedrooms each with a TV. Two of the rooms are in the basement where you will also find the laundry area. The Bathroom upstairs has a vanity to do your makeup. Kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook- a new electric stove was recently installed. The living room has very comfortable couches with another piece that complements it. There is a 70 inch tv, to unwind and watch Netflix after a long day. NOTE: Please note that our house has a window air conditioning unit in the living room. Also, there is one portable AC unit in one of the upstairs rooms. Basement rooms do not have AC but we have some fans available for ventilation. Again, This house does NOT have central air conditioning and you will need to turn the AC window unit once you arrive. Also, we have a small bathroom in the basement that works, but it's not fully finished because it doesn't have a sink. Right now, it's closed and not pictured because we're still working on it. However, we know that some guests have found it useful and want to use it. If you don't mind that it's unfinished, you're welcome to use it. We do make sure to clean it thoroughly after each guest leaves in case it was used. Guest access Guest have access to all of the home, parking and back yard, you will not share with other guests. NOTE: There is an RV parked next to the house but nobody uses it during your stay and it is not for use to guests. Other things to note Please be aware that our Airbnb home does not have installed automatic sprinklers. However, we water it weekly to maintain its health. During hot summers, the yard may not be as green as we would like, but rest assured, we strive to keep it well-maintained.
