The space This 900-square-foot 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has been beautifully remodeled to create a minimalist take on the mid-century concept. The open kitchen flows into a small dining area, which in turn opens into the living room with direct views of the waves. A hammock chair on the downstairs patio is great for reading or taking your coffee in the morning. The living room and each bedroom feature networked smart TVs, with high-speed internet to support streaming in every room. The master bedroom also features views of the waves for when you wake up. As well as a bistro set to take breakfast on the upper balcony. Guest access Guests can enjoy plenty of storage for longer stays. Our home is also stocked with basic amenities like coffee pods, and cleaning supplies. Along with plenty of games, books, and even a surfboard if you're feeling adventurous. We offer designated parking as well as an additional guest parking space. You also have full access to the community pool and hot tub for a dip. Other things to note We offer a stocked wine fridge for longer-term guests who decide to sign up for access, as well as complimentary mid-stay maid service. We require our guests to sign a lease for all stays that are 28 days or longer.
