On the top 2 floors is a 2BR 1 full bath and kitchen, in the basement is a XL studio apartment with a seperate entrance. The studio has bedding for 4 plus its own bath and kitchen. This is a 2 family home with 2 seperate entrances for both units. The home has a 2BR unit with a full bath eat in kitchen, living room plus a dining room. In the back of the home is the entrance for the XL Studio. The studio has both a king and full size bed with eat in kitchen and a full bath. Guests will have complete and private access to entire home. Both the top 2 floors in addition to the XL Studio will be available to guests. Guests can acess XL Studio from the outside rear of the home. I like to give guests their privacy. I'm always available by phone or text 24/7. I live in the area so I'm happy to provide recommendations for things to do. I've dined thoroughly in the area and know where to get the best pizza and naan in town. The home is located in the Southside Historic District of Corning. The home sits near Corning’s last remaining Catholic Church. Across the street from the home is a catholic grade school. This is a working class neighborhood with young families and retirees. You can walk to the restaurants on Market street within 10 minutes. The town of Corning is a pedestrian dream! This property is within walking distance to restaurant row on Market St. This listing is conveniently located near the Rockwell Museum (a Smithsonian affiliate) and the world famous Glass Museum. Watkins Glen is 30 minutes away. Guests will need to descend 4 steps outside to gain entry into XL Studio in the basement. The studio can only be accessed by walking to the back of the home.
