Enjoy a fantastic stay with the whole family at Golden Hour Villa. Our spacious, private, and stylishly renovated property is perfect for a relaxing holiday in Halkidiki. Set in a large enclosed garden with a barbecue area and just steps from the beach. Two connected self-contained apartments make it ideal for families or friends. With sea and sunset views, a well-equipped kitchen, and all amenities, you’ll feel right at home. The space The villa is divided into two stylish, well-furnished apartments, each featuring an indoor living area with a full kitchen complete with an espresso machine, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a shower and a smart TV. The left side apartment has two large bedrooms, each with a king and a large single, and includes a dishwasher, while the right side apartment has two bedrooms with 160/200 beds, a pullout couch in the living room, and has a washing machine. An additional outdoor shower room and washing machine are located in a separate building at the back - perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach! The villa is set within a large enclosed garden with a lush lawn, mature trees, a stone barbecue, and has comfortable outdoor seating - ideal for relaxing and enjoying meals while enjoying the sea breeze. Just steps from the villa, over the road and through a small olive grove you reach a very private beach. The shoreline is covered with pretty, colourful pebbles and shells, giving way to soft sand about a metre into the water. Being only a 15-minute walk from the centre of Nea Skioni, this beach remains quiet and secluded, often allowing you to have it entirely to yourselves. The crystal-clear water is perfect for swimming and excellent for snorkeling. Guest access Guests have access to both apartments (when the whole villa is booked), the outdoor shower/laundry room, the garden and barbecue area. Only a storage room under the villa is locked. Private parking is available on the driveway. Please note that for safety reasons, access to the roof is gated and not permitted to guests. Other things to note The quaint seaside fishing village of Nea Skioni is just a 10-15 minute walk away (or a 2-minute drive), where you’ll find a sandy beach, a variety of restaurants, bakery, patisserie, butchers, fishmongers and local supermarkets. The seaside village of Loutra Agias Paraskevis, known for its thermal spa centre and dramatic coastal views, is just 5 km further up the coast and offers some excellent restaurants and beachfront café bars, perfect for a relaxing day or evening out. The famous Possidi cape, known for its natural beauty, is around 10 minute drive away. The lively, tourist-friendly villages of Pefkochori and Chaniotis are approximately 10-15 minutes by car, offering sandy beaches, a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and larger supermarkets. Crazyland inflatable waterpark at Glarokavos Beach just outside Pefkohori is also about 20 minutes away and is open seasonally. The picturesque village of Afitos, much liked for its traditional stone architecture, charming streets, and stunning sea views, is around 40 minutes away and well worth a visit.
