Located right on the Kennebecasis River you can spent your evenings gathered around the natural stone wood-burning firepit, enjoying breathtaking views of the night sky. It's an ideal spot for couples to unwind, share stories, and create lasting memories. And the view! The space Basement, garden walk out suite. One bedroom, fully contained, apartment. Guest access Guests have private residence, shared fire pit and grounds. Private patio Other things to note As you step into our apartment, you'll immediately feel at home. The space is thoughtfully designed and offers unlimited access to high-speed WiFi, allowing you to stay connected throughout your visit. Whether you're seeking a relaxing getaway or an adventurous escape, our apartment provides the perfect setting. For those seeking outdoor activities, our location offers a wealth of opportunities. You can indulge in swimming, kayaking, and exploring the local attractions. There's always something exciting happening nearby, ensuring you'll have plenty of options to choose from during your stay. When you're not out and about, you can relax in the comfort of our basement garden walk-out suite. The apartment features a private bedroom and a cozy living space, providing the perfect retreat after a day of adventure. Step outside onto your private patio, where you can enjoy the fresh air and soak up the peaceful ambiance of the surrounding landscape. We'd also like to inform you that our property is on a well, and as part of our commitment to providing clean water, we have a filtration system in place. This system operates once every 24 hours and is located in the front hallway of the suite. You may hear the sound of water rushing during this process. Rest assured, this is perfectly normal. In the rare event that any issues arise, we may need access to that part of the suite. Our driveway is steep and winding so if you have a large RV or a 26 wheeler you may not make it back up the driveway. Fair warning! If you are bringing your dog(s) with you for your stay you will be asked to review our pet agreement. Nothing crazy, just that your will leash your pet while using the outdoors and clean up after it.
