Free on street parking is available.We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units. A stylish third floor one-bedroom apartment. Note that there are fairly steep steps leading up to the apartment entrance. The apartment is located on the third floor , there for you will need to climb stairs. If stairs is not your forte, please check out our first and second floor units that have a more wide a regular staircase. The bedroom is set with a king bed. The living room is set with a coach that can be used for sleeping. A rollaway twin cot is available in the apartment. Free on-street parking is available. Host will provide a list of recommended restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. 1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee. 3. No pets allowed 4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products) 5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50-$150 late fee. 6. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, we do not have a hood .
