Dream private apartment with pool

We are a family of 3 (me with my 2 sons, 19, 21) and we live on Lake Wörthersee, where others go on vacation, in a large detached house with a separately accessible garden apartment connected to our living area. We offer this 60 m² apartment with pool use on Lake Wörthersee for a special stay in Carinthia. The pool can be used from the end of May. The space The apartment consists of a large living/dining room with a modern kitchen, 2 bar stools, dining table with 4 armchairs, a large sofa bed, TV, in the entrance area there is a wardrobe and from here you can access the bathroom and the bedroom with a double bed, 2 nightstands and a wardrobe. In front of the apartment is a large terrace with outdoor dining table and umbrella. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment, can use the terrace area in front of the apartment and the pool, which is accessible from the terrace (at their own risk, no pool supervision). The large garden area is also usable. Other things to note We live in the house ourselves and also use the pool and garden from time to time. We have 2 cats that live with us and are also out and about in the garden. We are working people / schoolchildren / students, but we are happy when guests have questions for us or want tips on the region when we are there.
