Welcome to our charming and peaceful house, ideal for a stay with family or friends and for business trips. Located next to our residence, it offers a cozy setting with a terrace, greenery, and easy parking. The ground floor is PRM-accessible for added convenience. A perfect place to relax and discover the area: 15 minutes from Vienne (Gallo-Roman town, jazz festival), 1 hour from Lyon, and 30 minutes from Ampuis (Wine Fair), close to the nuclear power plant. On the ground floor: 🍽️a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) open to the living room, 💼1 office space, 🚻1 separate toilet 🛌🏻1 bedroom with private shower room (adapted for people with reduced mobility). Upstairs, two bedrooms: 🛌🏻1 bedroom with a trundle bed that can accommodate 1 to 2 people, with a ceiling fan, 🛌🏻1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed and ceiling fan. 🛁1 bathroom 🚻1 separate toilet 👕closet ℹ️ baby crib ℹ️Bed linen and bath towels provided. ℹ️Electric vehicle charging station available as an option (€15/day), upon prior request. ℹ️6 people maximum. Any additional person must be declared. Parties and gatherings are not allowed in order to preserve the tranquility of the place. Not to throw cigarette butts outside. To respect nature. Use of the EV charging station is available for an additional fee of €15/day. Please indicate the exact number of guests when booking. Any additional person must be reported in advance. It is important to me to welcome you to a clean and tidy home. In return, I would appreciate it if you would leave it in the condition you found it. Thank you very much for your thoughtfulness and respect. We allow pets, provided that they do not damage the property. A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. It will not be collected if the accommodation is returned in the same condition as when you arrived.
