🌿 Cozy guesthouse – perfect for summer in Gotland Do you dream of lazy summer days and bright evenings? Our little guest house on the outskirts of Slite is a perfect base for your stay. At about 20 sqm, you live compactly but cleverly planned in a homey and functional environment, perfect for couples or small families. After a day by the sea or on an excursion among Gotland's pearls, you can land here, cook something simple, enjoy the tranquility and plan the next day's adventure. A small accommodation with a great summer feeling ☀️🌊 The space 🏡 About the property - About 20 sqm - Smart and functionally planned surface - Small kitchen/kitchenette - Refrigerator with freezer compartment - Bathroom with shower & washing machine - Bedroom alcove with bunk bed Lower bunk 120 cm Bedspread 90 cm - Sofa bed (140 cm wide when extended) - Dining table (sideboard) with room for up to 5 people ⚠️ Please note! The water heater is small (100l), so the hot water is enough for about 15 minutes of showering (depending on the temperature). Then it needs about 30–60 minutes to warm up again 💧 Thank you for planning accordingly 🙏 Guest access 🌳 Outdoors & Assets - Access to the plot (shared with the other rented accommodation) - Playground - Trampoline (without safety net) - Soccer goals - Outdoor furniture and possibility to barbecue - Outdoor drying rack 🚲 Bikes - Two bicycles are available to borrow to get around in the vicinity - Please note that the bicycles are a few years old and are of a simpler standard ⚠️ Important information - Playground, trampoline and bikes are used on your own responsibility. - Children should be under adult supervision at all times. 🤝 Consideration & well-being - The lot is shared with guests in the other listing. - Consider each other and contribute to a quiet and pleasant environment. - Quiet time applies between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. Other things to note 📍 About the area - In Slite, Cementa (Slitefabriken) is a distinctive part of the community, sometimes you hear and feel when they are blasting in the quarry. - Slite beach is one of the most child-friendly beaches on Gotland, with long shallow waters that are perfect for families. 🚍 Distance - Bus stop "Spillings" (line 20): approx. 550 meters - Golf course: approx. 2.9 km - Länna Lagoon (swimming area): approx. 1.9 km - Slite beach: approx. 2.7 km - Slite center (restaurants & grocery stores): about 2.5 km 📌 Good to know - Sheets and towels are not included. If this is desired, please contact the host in advance. - Kitchen towel and dishwashing detergent are available in the property. - Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure. - Parking is available near the guest house and is shared with the host. - The plot is shared with guests in the other accommodation – show consideration for each other.
