All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware and linens, including upholstery, are being disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis. Our guests' health and safety are our top priority. The home is equipped with heat and central AC for your comfort, fast Wi-Fi, a 72” Smart TV, a well-stocked kitchen, onsite laundry, and comfy bedrooms. There is off street parking, keyless entry, mountain views, and fenced in yard with hot tub, firepit, grill and patio lights. We have created this space from scratch with YOU in mind and so you will have everything you need during your stay. Dream Backyard The fenced in backyard is your private oasis. Enjoy stunning mountain views from the hot tub, gas firepit area with chairs and outdoor dining furniture. Patio string lights and Bluetooth speaker create the ambiance. Imagine yourself summer grilling with your friends and family while the children play on the play set with slide or with some of the yard games. Yard game selection consists of Bouche Ball, Ladder Golf and Giant Jenga. End your evening by roasting marshmallows around the fire as the sun sets over the mountains. Business Travelers Working remotely is a new way of life for some. We’ve kept this in mind for those who are traveling for work. Enjoy the ease of keyless entry, an ethernet connection and fast 5G Wi-Fi. There are two desks in the space, one in the living room and one in a private nook. In one of the desks you will find light office supplies. Power strips with USB outlets will be found all throughout the space as well. In the king and queen bedrooms you will find phone charger cords for every type of phone. There are two G00gle homes in the space to play music while you work or to ask questions about the local area. There’s also a cocktail shaker in the dining room, if needed. Kiddos We've got a pack n play, highchair, stroller, baby bath, baby monitor and basket of toys for your little ones! There’s also special kid-friendly dishware in the kitchen, and awesome outdoor games and playset in the fenced backyard! Living Room Relax on the comfy sofa while streaming your favorite shows on the 72” Smart TV over fast Wi-Fi. You will be able to log into your own accounts on Hulu, Netflix and other apps. Or enjoy getting some work done at the desk area while listening to music provided by G00gle Minis in the home. Two side chairs and two circular poufs provide extra seating, and the original hardwood floors have been beautifully restored. There are coffee tables provided for your convenience, an essential oil diffuser to add aromatherapy to the ambience, and a selection of fun board games inside the TV stand. The board game selection consists of some classics like Uno and Sorry, but also has a some more unique board games to choose from like Colorado-opoly, OK Boomers and Happy Little Accidents. If you prefer to read instead, a selection of coffee table books can be found on the coffee table. A detailed house manual can be found on the TV stand. It goes over everything that you could ever possibly need to know about the space, WIFI information, a parking diagram, restaurant and attraction recommendations, food delivery options, childcare recommendations, grocery/pharmacies nearby and emergency contact information. Dining Room There is an open concept between the living room and dining room. The centerpiece of the dining area is a modern, oval dining table with intricate woodwork and six leather padded dining chairs. You will find tasteful décor in this space, including a gold cocktail shaker and striking, bohemian light fixture over the table. The Nest thermostat is on the wall in the dining area should you need to adjust the central heat or air for your comfort. Kitchen The chef in your group will be thrilled to prepare some meals in the fully loaded kitchen. Enjoy brand new cabinets and countertops throughout. There is a full-size fridge, electric range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, rice maker, bread maker, mixer, waffle maker and a toaster. There is glassware, dishware, silverware and coffee mugs. We also provide pots, pans, bowls, knives, a strainer, bakeware, food containers plenty of utensils, grill tools and salt and pepper. This is a coffee lover’s paradise, with a K-cup and standard coffee machine combination, pour over, coffee grinder and French press; we provide ground coffee and beans, tea, cream, sugar, and sugar free sweetener. We leave some a brita water filter, bottled water and even a selection of Colorado-made sodas so you can sip and savor some homegrown flavor during your stay. Bedrooms The bedrooms have been crafted to be calm and inviting. They feature brand new, super comfy mattresses with cool touch technology, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows and we provide fresh linens for your comfort. They all have room darkening blinds, full length mirrors and noise machines. The king bedroom has side tables with lamps, phone chargers, a space heater and closet with plenty of hangers and a luggage rack. The queen bedroom has side tables with lamps, phone chargers, a space heater and a walk in closet with plenty of hangers a luggage rack, a safe, a basket of children’s toys, a small portable, fan and plenty of white fluffy towels. The bunkroom is only accessed through the queen bedroom and has room darkening blinds, a full length mirror, and a dresser. Bathroom The bathroom features a full bathtub and shower combination. We provide fresh towels, makeup cloths and spa quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide hand soap, cotton swabs, cotton balls, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. There is a hair dryer and a first aid kit on the right side of the vanity. Laundry There is onsite laundry with large, updated washer and dryer and we provide a few laundry pods. There is an iron and ironing board as well. Parking There are two dedicated off-street parking spots behind the house and one off-street space in the front driveway. Cleaning Supplies You will find a selection of cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. You will also a broom, mop and vacuum on site. PET FRIENDLY: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. Damage from pets will result in loss of deposit. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaners time. We are happy to host both you and your pets! Guest access All parts of the house, front porch, driveway out front, driveway out back, fenced in backyard with patio, hot tub, play set and firepit. The garage is not available for guests. Other things to note PET FRIENDLY: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. Damage from pets will result in loss of deposit. There is an additional flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time. The cost of the pet clean is collected via Airbnb. If your stay is longer than five days, we collect an additional fee depending on length of your stay once your reservation is confirmed. We are happy to host both you and your pets! ADDITIONAL FEES: We have put so much work into making your stay perfect, and we value the time we have between guests to prepare for future guests. Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check ins or late check outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
