The space The master king bed suite has all new furniture, memory foam mattress (same as in our home,) décor, linens, 55" TV, walk in closet, and private full bath. The 2nd Bedroom is a bunk room with 2 new Twins- 32" Smart TV at the end of each- custom barn door for privacy and a full attached private bath. There is no dresser or window in this bedroom but there are storage drawers underneath the bottom bunk. There is a fold out Queen sofa bed in the Living Room and this room has the GULF VIEWS AND A 70" TV!!!!! Newer AC unit Stainless Steel kitchen appliances Pack N Play- By Request Only- Graco Pack and Play on the Go Playard | Includes Full-Size Infant Bassinet, Push Button Compact Fold, Stratus, 39.5x28.25x29 Inch. Guest access You will park in the North Garage and take the elevator to the rooftop pool and walk to the unit directly- #1017 OR park in the South Garage and take the elevator to the 10th floor. Nice that you have choices during the busy season. Walk to Walmart, shops, restaurants, beach, amusements, etc. Other things to note **fitness room temporarily closed due to repairs and enhancements. No further updates at this time. 12/25 You will have the entire condo to yourself. There is a separate fee of 1 BDR plus Bunk-6 bracelets-$78.17 to the resort. the resort package grants you access for up to 6 guests wristbands and 2 parking passes. The wristbands will grant you access to 5 pools (1 heated seasonally) 2 hot tubs and gym for the ENTIRETY of your stay. ** There is a $35 replacement fee for LOST OR STOLEN wristbands** **********This fee is PER RESERVATION (NOT PER PERSON)************** Resort Bracelets are required for guests ages 12 and up to wear at all times while on resort property.This resort ONLY allows registered guests to utilize the amenities. Anyone 21 and Older can reserve this beautiful condo. 18+ require special permission and agreements. Please contact the Property Manager and ask for special permission to book. From time to time there will be maintenance and/or enhancements to our beautiful resort that may cause an amenity to experience a temporary closure or a potential for noise. This is out of the Owners control and there will be no refunds. We make things right but do not offer refunds or concessions. Please report any maintenance or cleaning issue’s immediately. Any short-term recreational rentals, including scooters, bubble cars/scoot coops and golf carts are prohibited on the resort property. During Peak Season March, May-September you should expect longer than normal wait times for the elevators. Expect a 5-10 min stroll to get around the resort. RESORT BEACH ENTRANCE - This property is across the street from the Gulf of Mexico- there is a crosswalk to the resort gated entrance to the boardwalk to the beach. where you will use your resort RFID bracelet to unlock the gate. Please note the gate is heavy, as it is solid metal, so give it a good push. There are also several other public beach entrances close by. Registration Details 42566
