Room in an unbeatable area

We are a couple and Greco, our kitten. The apartment is quiet, although it is located in the heart of the city, we are fortunate that inside it is a microclimate. The house has two patios, a separate kitchen, a spacious living room with TV, and two bedrooms. The available room is very warm, medium-sized and has a window that connects to the laundry room, which in turn connects to one of the patios. We have a full bathroom, with a bathtub, separate laundry room and washing machine.
