We have quiet hours, sound machines and request guests show respect, but it is not perfect. Located conveniently just off Lincoln Way in Perry, you will enjoy this 2 bedroom apartment with an awesome color theme throughout. The one bedroom has two single beds. There is free parking and SARTA has a stop right outside and offers convenient transport to a variety of local activities that make this location such a hotspot. The upstairs apartment is cozy and can be accessed through exterior stairs. The kitchen, bath, living room and two bedrooms are all accessed through the main hallway. Guest access There is enough parking for 1-2 small vehicles. Additional parking can be provided, please inquire. Other things to note ****If the unit requires excess amounts of cleaning - it will be charged back to the guest. Excess means extra elbow grease to get the place spotless, not standard wear and tear. We include a cleaning checklist and checkout instructions in the suites so you know what is considered "standard".
