The space The villa has a double bedroom and a single bedroom with a bunk bed and a full-size bed, kitchen/dining room and a bathroom. Additional outdoor shower with hot water; washing machine and sink. Barbecue to roast excellent fish and local meat. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with windows with mosquito nets. Complete with Wi-Fi up to 120 Gb, beyond which if you want to use additional Gb, you will have to make a request by paying an additional surcharge. Verandas, swimming pool for exclusive use with deck chairs and garden. The swimming pool is open from March to November and is at room temperature. Private parking with free electric vehicle charging station during sunny hours, from sunrise to sunset. If you wish to use the charging station during non-sunny hours, you will have to make a request by paying an additional daily surcharge. Other things to note - We provide towels for use in the pool. - The swimming pool is not heated. - At check-in, you will be asked to show an identity document, as required by Italian rental regulations; in addition, as required by Sinnai Municipality, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night is payable.
