La Casita 60 steps from the sea - II

La Casita was designed in the 1960s, just 60 steps from the sea, specifically for the Tamaduste, where there is perhaps the best weather on the island for swimming all year round. A bungalow to enjoy with friends and family, work remotely, in or out, under the shade of 3 palm trees, or simply enjoy the tranquility and do nothing. Finally, in 2023, we completely renovated the Casita, and tried to follow the criteria for those '60s. The space La Casita 60 Steps from the Sea has 82 m2 built in the summer bungalow format; a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, a living room, and a large terrace with a 200 m2 garden. It is built on one level, where the whole house is, and one of the starting points, the terrace, is accessible with a two-meter-wide staircase and four steps that hides the old cistern, so important for this type of mudada houses. Other things to note La Casita 60 steps from the sea is ideal for enjoying a swim in the sea without hardly moving, because just sixty steps away you can enjoy the daily tides. At low tide you can walk on the sand, from side to side, and enjoy the calm water that the sea has collected. With high tide, the sea fills the "river" and you can enjoy the sea beyond. Also from the house there is a path that takes you directly to the heart of nature, from where you can explore the dozens of paths that cross the island, taking you to corners of stunning beauty. El Tamaduste changes in summer, where it becomes the typical Mediterranean village, with children who enjoy being free. During winter it is a quiet little village, with just 100 inhabitants, and a mini market if you don't want to move around the island.
