Just 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the bus-station, it’s the ideal spot to explore all that Baracoa has to offer. You enter the house through the front door at calle Jose Marti 327. Moving through my own quarters, you can enter your own private room at the back of the alley on the seafront side of my house. I am always available on my cell phone, and I’m always up for a cup of coffee in my living room. Just beside my apartment you will find the municipal museum with interesting archeological finds as well as an elaborate history of the town. Just next to it, there’s the famous Playa Caribe at 200 meters. On the other side, you will find the church at 10 minutes walking distance with the Columban Cross dating back to 1492, as well as la Casa de la Trova with live tradicional Cuban music every day. And many other things! You can park your car in front of the house for free. For transport within the city, I recommend taking a bike taxi, which is comfortable, cheap and fast.
