An open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is well-appointed with everything you need to prepare meals at home, allowing you to stock up on fresh gourmet produce at the renowned Prahran Market to cook up and enjoy at the breakfast bar. In the lounge area, you'll find a spacious sofa and two cosy armchairs around a gas fireplace, with central air conditioning added to ensure guests' comfort year-round. Settle in and watch a movie, or kick back with a book while you enjoy leafy views. Should you wish to enjoy a meal alfresco, this area offers a comfortable four-seater table in the patio facing the courtyard. Two spacious and thoughtfully furnished bedrooms sleep four guests, with the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed while the guest bedroom includes two singles, both with radiator heating. We offer a selection of essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toilet paper, single-use shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tea, coffee, long-life milk, and cleaning/laundry supplies. Beds are made with linens and we provide one towel per person, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel. We do not replenish these items and encourage you to travel with additional items or purchase these locally during your stay. If staying longer-term, please contact us to arrange cleaning including fresh linens and replenishment of these supplies at an additional cost.
