This charming one-bedroom apartment is located in a historic building built in about 1890, originally to be used as living quarters above a fruit market near a train depot. The apartment has been newly remodeled boasting a full kitchen featuring a wall of west-facing windows, a cozy living room, a well-lit bedroom, tiled bathtub, and full-sized washer and dryer. It is comfortable year-round with mini-split air heating and AC. The apartment is fully furnished. The space The bedroom is 12x12, and living room is 12x20, the kitchen as 8x20, the bathroom is about 9x12. In addition, there is a small entryway. This is a large one-bedroom! The only access to the apartment is via a tall indoor stairway that is about 40" wide. There is a queen bed and a full-size futon, and with enough advance notice, air mattresses can be provided for more guests. Guest access There is a key box to the exterior door that accesses the stairway, and the apartment door uses a keypad code that is changed after each rental. Other things to note a smart TV is included, but netflix, hulu, etc, is not included. You will need to bring your own account, but you have a lot of free Roku TV channels
