The amount is €2.09 per night, with a maximum limit of €14.63 per person. 💳DEPOSIT/GUARANTEE: Please note that a €150 security deposit is required before your arrival. This refund will be issued after checking that the apartment has been left in optimal condition and that the house rules have been followed. 🗓️LONG STAY BOOKING CONDITIONS (14 days or more): - We do not issue a rental contract or fill out a government application. - A CERTIFICATE OF STAY is available. - A €400 security deposit will be required.
