This quiet accommodation, and 2 steps from the metro (Valmy), offers all the comforts necessary for a family of 3-4 people! It's my apartment, so it's inhabited on a daily basis, that is, I leave behind everything that constitutes it :) Whether it's books, photos, everyday objects, but also the little spiders that like to sleep in the cool summer, etc. All this to say that it is not pristine, but that it is full of life on the other hand! The space It is a three-room apartment, consisting of two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a children's bedroom, with a crib and an extra single bed. Having a 2-year-old girl, the apartment is fully equipped to accommodate a baby (changing table, high chair, crib, games, books, floor mats etc.) You can almost arrive empty-handed!! The living room consists of a fitted and well-equipped kitchen, and a living room with sofa. The charm of the apartment is located at a height, with 3 mezzanines in each living room (the 2 bedrooms and the living room). 2 of them are composed of beds (140 cm bed) and can accommodate guests for one night or more (access by ladder or stairs). And the added bonus in summer is the terrace!! A little greenery and the possibility of settling down a little cool and quiet outside :) Another must-have: my cat! Affectionate, kind, used to going out, he shouldn't bother you more than that as long as his bowl remains filled with kibble!
