The house has only cold water connection, (comfortable Watertemperatur for shower). Quiet - central location, 250 meters from the beach, small grocery stores and bakerys next door. Guest access All guests have access to garden, kitchen/living area, bathroom. Doors to rooms are lockable. Front door and garden door lockable. Other things to note Bike and El. Scooter - rental, only for our guests: per day, several days, per week, long-term rental; Price on request. We can mediate from good dive centers, fine restaurants, Island Excursion - Tours, Fishing Boat, etc. Free Wifi available ! A 20 liter Drinkingwater tank and 1 roll of toilet paper are provided as a welcome gift. You also have to buy drinking water and toilet paper yourself. Our caretaker can help deliver a water tank. Fresh bath towels and bed linens can be provided after 7 days. Changing the bed linens is self-service. Cleaning is done by us after checkout. We offer interim cleaning for 800 Pesos. (Interim cleanings are not included in the booked price).
