New kitchen, new bathroom, new windows and doors, new lighting, New electrics, new roof. New garden with private wall and door to the garden / house entrance. New furniture, beds, tables, etc. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pans, fridge etc. Caretaker is nearby. Two bedrooms with 3 double beds , with El. Wheelchair accessible (no stairs) Bathroom / kitchen with cold water connection, (comfortable Watertemperatur for shower). Terrace with new lounge chairs and 2 ceiling fans. The house has only cold water connection, (comfortable Watertemperatur for shower). The water tank is filled with an electric pump. Our caretaker gives on-site instructions how to proceed is to be served. Quiet - central location, 250 meters from the beach, small grocery stores and bakerys next door. Guest access All guests have access to garden, kitchen/living area, bathroom. Doors to rooms are lockable. Front door and garden door lockable. Other things to note Bike rental, only for our guests: per day, several days, per week, long-term rental; Price on request. We can mediate from good dive centers, fine restaurants, Island Excursion - Tours, Fishing Boat, etc. Free Wifi available ! A 20 liter Drinkingwater tank and 1 roll of toilet paper are provided as a welcome gift. You also have to buy drinking water and toilet paper yourself. Our caretaker can help deliver a water tank.
