Other things to note You may notice some construction activity and dust around the premises during the day as there is ongoing road work nearby. This is temporary and unfortunately not in our control. However, the inside of our home is kept clean and well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Regarding the stalled construction inside the building: The complex also has an area owned by a nearby restaurant that had begun building rooms earlier this year. Due to a dispute, the work is currently paused, so you may see it on the staircase while going up. Please be assured that the premises are safe. You can keep the grill door locked at all times, and we also have CCTV cameras outside our door for added security. About the liquor storage unit: Daman, like Goa, has many liquor shops as alcohol is tax-free. Below our premises, there is a licensed liquor storage unit that opens only during stock movement. This does not interfere with guest safety or stay experience, though it is also not something within our control. As mentioned, CCTV surveillance and secure grill doors are in place for your peace of mind.
