The kitchen has everything you might need: stove, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, and basic things like paper towels and dish soap. There is also a full bathroom and a half bathroom, three bedrooms, four beds, dining room, living room and a patio space where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and a nice breeze. *2 QUEEN beds *2 TWIN beds There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms and an air conditioning unit in the living room. The place offers a variety of restaurants with local and international tastes. Among the alternatives on foot are: Sabor N' serio, 101 West, Pika Pika, Roberto Gastroteca, Tacos & Flowers, Barola Gastrobar, Hoy como Ayer, Mao's Restaurant and Chiltepines. Nearby beaches: Boquerón Beach (13 minutes), Buyé Beach (15 minutes), Combate Beach (18 minutes), Los Pozos Beach (25 minutes). Local supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping centers and bakeries nearby. Laundry room: Washer and dryer available in the house for a fee of $30 per day. Includes laundry detergents. BBQ: Extra fee for BBQ cleaning may apply. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except for the laundry area which is upon request. Other things to note There are linens, towels, ironing board and iron for your use. We are providing some bathroom essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. For special occasions we offer a service of floral arrangements with wine, charcuterie and chocolate. Ask for available package. Please note that while we strive to provide a comfortable stay, occasional power outages may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or utility maintenance. In the rare event of a temporary service interruption, we will do our best to assist you and provide updates. We appreciate your understanding and patience should any such issues arise during your stay. If you need to do laundry outside the house, there is a laundromat located in Boquerón (Boqueron's Laundromat) which is about a 6 minute drive from the house. Please note that if towels, sheets, or bedding equipment are damaged or affected, the guest will be charged accordingly Also is important to know we request the email of the guest who makes the reservation and all the names of the guest to complete the check in process.
