With a size of 39 m² and built in 1996, our apartment on the ground floor offers the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday. The highlight of this place is undoubtedly its breathtaking location. Only about 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach, you can look forward to a carefree day by the sea. The beach slopes gently and invites for relaxed walks along the shore. If you feel like activities in nature, the wide dike is just right for you. Here you can spend miles hiking, cycling, inline skating, jogging or walking while enjoying the picturesque sea view. This is relaxation for body and mind! The house itself can host up to four persons, with a maximum of two adults allowed. The outdoor area impresses with a small, well-kept garden with lawn and cozy lying area for shared use. Enjoy the sun here, read a book, or just relax. A private parking space is also available, and for those who bring their bikes there is a practical garden shed for storage. The interior of the apartment also leaves nothing to be desired. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is ideal for cooking and eating. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a 4-burner stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a blender. For your well-deserved night's sleep, there are two cozy bedrooms at your disposal. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed with single mattresses (2 x 0,80 x 2,00), while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (x 2 0,90 x 2,00m). Enjoy a relaxing night and wake up rested the next morning and ready for new adventures. The living room invites you to relax and offers a cozy seating set as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. The dining area is equipped with a dining table and four chairs to enjoy meals together. The shower room is modern and comfortably designed and has a toilet, a sink, a towel heater and a hairdryer. Here you can refresh yourself and get ready for the day. To make your stay even more comfortable we offer you some extras. A flat screen TV and stereo system provide entertainment while you relax in the living area. During the season, a beach chair is also available on the beach, so you can enjoy the beach life to the fullest. Please note that our property is a non smoking apartment to ensure a pleasant and healthy environment for all our guests. However, we can allow a dog on request, so that your beloved four-legged friend can also experience the beauty of the Baltic Sea coast. Best part is that many amenities are already included in the price. You don't have to worry about extra costs for electricity, water, or heating.
