With a size of 39m2 and built in 1996, our ground floor apartment offers the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday. The highlight of this place is undoubtedly its breathtaking location. Just about 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach, you can look forward to a carefree day by the sea. The beach slopes gently and invites you to take relaxing walks along the shore. If you are in the mood for activities in nature, the wide dyke is for you. Here you can go hiking, cycling, rollerblading, jogging or walking for miles, while enjoying the picturesque sea view. This is relaxation for body and mind! The house itself can accommodate up to four persons, with a maximum of two adults allowed. The outdoor area impresses with a small, well-kept garden with lawn and a cozy lounging area for shared use. Here you can enjoy the sun, read a book or just relax. A private car parking space is also available, and for those bringing their bikes there is a practical garden shed for storage. The interior of the apartment also leaves nothing to be desired. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is inviting for cooking and eating together. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a 4-burner stove, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. For your well-deserved night's sleep, there are two cozy bedrooms at your disposal. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed with single mattresses (2 x 0.80 x 2.00 m), while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00 m). The living room invites you to relax and offers a cozy seating set as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. The dining area is equipped with a dining table and four chairs where you can enjoy meals together. The shower room is modern and comfortably designed and has a toilet, a sink, towel heating and a hairdryer. Here you can refresh yourself and get ready for the day. To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer you some extras. A flat screen TV and stereo system provide entertainment while relaxing in the living area. During the season, a beach chair is also available on the beach so you can enjoy the beach life to the fullest. We would like to point out that our property is a non-smoking apartment to ensure a pleasant and healthy environment for all our guests. We also welcome up to two dogs, provided the dogs are registered at the time of booking. Best of all, many amenities are already included in the price.
