The spacious bedroom boasts a large double bed, two chests of drawers with reading lamps, and a generously sized closet for all your belongings. The living room is a lively and creative space, which includes a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a large dining area. Whether you want to work from home or relax with some music, you'll find two desks and a turntable with a fantastic record collection. Decorated with pictures and charming house plants, the living room is a real homely place. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator, gas stove, kettle, and all the utensils and cookware needed for your culinary adventures. If you are a coffee lover, the fully equipped kitchen will be your refuge. From a coffee grinder to a French press, we have everything you need to brew the perfect cup of coffee. Imagine starting your morning on the porch, sipping tea amidst the sweet melody of chirping birds. The balcony offers a seating area with a bar and many plants that you can enjoy, creating a peaceful space to start your day or relax in the evenings. In addition, you will find a clothesline for drying the laundry and an ironing board for your convenience. Enter our cute courtyard accessible from the kitchen, a hidden gem within the city. The yard offers a cozy sofa, chairs, and a unique "coffee table" made of large logs. You can even make tea from the fresh herbs around you! Feel free to use the composter for an eco-friendly touch. This private oasis, even though it is in the building area, belongs exclusively to the apartment and guarantees you a peaceful space to relax and enjoy. As if the apartment itself is not enticing enough, the location is simply unbeatable. Just a 3-minute walk from the nearest light rail station, you'll have seamless access to everything Jerusalem has to offer.
