Other things to note ​🔑 SEAMLESS CHECK-IN PROCESS ​To ensure a smooth and swift arrival: • ​Advance Guest List: Please send us the full names and a clear photo or screenshot of the ID for all guests at least 2 days prior to your arrival. • ​On-site Verification: Remember to bring your original identification documents (IDs) as they will be required for verification during check-in. 🏊 CLUBHOUSE POOL POLICY & ACCESS Enjoy the community facilities during your stay: • Operating Hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily • Sanitation Schedule: The pool is cleaned nightly after 10 PM. ● Pool Access is FREE (With Limit): Guests have free access to the shared Village Clubhouse Pool! The Clubhouse, however, maintains a strict limit of 4 persons from your group swimming at any one time for safety and comfort. Please coordinate shifts to swim at NO EXTRA COST. ● On-Site Usage Fee: If your group exceeds the 4-person limit in the pool area at once, the Clubhouse will charge an on-site usage fee (P250 above 18 yrs old / P200 below 17 yrs old). This fee is collected by Clubhouse staff. ● Location: The pool is a short 5–7 minute walk.
