Description
This is a 3-year-old, 1-bed property which is part of the award-winning Cusgarne Manor. It is no-children, dog-friendly and wheelchair-friendly. The location is ideal for exploring Cornwall - 1 hour from the Devon border and Land's End, and 6 miles from each coast. Lowenna has a king-size bed with en-suite, and there is also a sofa-bed in the lounge for one person. The secure garden overlooks the tranquil valley and equestrian sand school. Guests can also enjoy the 13-acre nature reserve. The space The main living area is open-plan. There is a brand new, well-equipped kitchen (see my site for list), a dining table for up to 3. The lounge area has a sofa which can convert to a bed and there is also a riser-recliner armchair. There is an outside decking area and also a lawn which is down some steps. The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable and supportive pocket-sprung mattress. We have feather duvets and pillows as standard or hypo-allergenic on request. The bedding is 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton and the towels are White Company. The property is designed with wheelchair users in mind with an accessible kitchen where you can reach everything, cook and wash up. The wet-room has a wall-seat and stainless grab rail in the shower as well as a fold-down arm by the raised loo. Alternative shower stool and toilet frame are available on request. Wheelchairs can go out onto the decking via the front door but unfortunately cannot access the lower lawn (we can do dog-clearing if this is an issue). Guest access The door will be open for you. Other things to note Lowenna has a wide parking space right next to it.
