Located in the heart of Vancouver, we are minutes from I205 or I5 making this the ideal location to stay for whatever your travel plans may be. You will be renting the entire multi-room daylight basement. Private access to 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and kitchenette. Please enjoy the extra large projector screen for a cinema-like experience. The bright and open concept basement boasts natural light and beautiful views of Mt. St. Helens on a clear day. Come rest your head in our beautiful home. The space Open concept with large projector screen and plenty of seating attached to the kitchenette. Bedrooms are down the hall off the common space. Bathroom Includes a shower. Two bedrooms, one queen bed and one full bed. Additional cots can be rented, please inquire directly. Parking is available on site. Keyless entry. Small kitchenette with microwave, hot plate and countertop conduction oven available. Coffee pot and some coffee provided as well. Bbq on site. Small sitting area outside. Guest access You will have full access to the lower house. There is a covered space where you can sit outside if you wish with a propane barbecue. Parking is available on site. There is also a washer and dryer available for an additional fee per load. Please give laundry to host and we will return when they have been laundered. During your stay We live on the upper level of the home with our own entry and will respond promptly to any questions that may arise. We are happy to offer suggestions on local places to dine or shop or leave you peace to enjoy the quiet oasis. Let us know if you have issues with any electronics. We have created how-to guides to help you get the cinema and bedroom TVs up and running. Other things to note It’s important that you have a wonderful stay. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to better accommodate you or future guests. We do have children on the property so tiny Pitter patters may be heard overhead during daytime hours.
